A PEOPLE ON A JOURNEY

At Heart House Elim, we are a people on a journey. Not a journey to become someone new, but walking towards becoming the people we were always created to be – before life and experience layered over us.

We recognise it takes courage to look honestly at ourselves, to face the parts of life that have shaped us. And here, we trust that God reveals to heal. Gently, patiently, He uncovers the layers that hide our true selves, meeting us with kindness, truth, and hope.

Step by step, moment by moment, we walk together, learning to follow Jesus and embrace the life we were made for. Along the way, we are resetting our experience of church – discovering a place where real life is welcomed, questions are safe, and faith grows in the company of others, in grace, and in honesty.

We don’t rush. We don’t have it all figured out. But with the courage to face ourselves, held by the love of God that meets us there, we are being restored – whole, known, and free.
